"TO PRAY OR NOT TO PRAY"
Name it and claim it, grab it and blab it, is the will of God. We name the benefits that belongs to us in God's Word, then we claim them for ourself. Then after we have named it and claimed it we grab a hold of them. Then with consistency, with our mouth we blab them. This is the way we get saved and this is what Jesus taught in Mark 11:23. If You don't like it take it up with Jesus not me. If you reject it or make fun of name it and claim it or grab it and blab it people . Then you are making fun of Jesus and what He taught. WOW! God my Father, My name is Jimmy and I will take all you have given me. Say, "Me too".
Lets go on. It is so important to learn and be taught how to obtain what God has provided for us and how to walk in it. You can be prayed for and hands laid on you until they rub all the hair off your head and more than likely not get anything .If by mercy you do , you will lose it if you don't know how to hold on to it by faith and keep it. When you have someone pray for you go believing and confessing that when they pray I will be healed and just make that persons hand or their amen the point of contact to release your faith by saying I believe I receive my healing now. That is Mark 11:24. Then start doing something you couldn't do before, even if it hurts .Hold on to your faith and keep saying and doing. How Long? Forever.... I have heard of great healings where people were given up by doctors to die and even said there is no way that they will survive a week. Then someone takes them to a healing meeting they receive there healing and get up and walk off completely healed. Then a day a week or month later the same thing comes back on them and they die. Why??? Then someone will say, ah they didn't really get healed because if God heals you, you will stay healed. That is so far from the truth.
The truth about the matter is you have been healed for 2000 years. It is your believing it and receiving it that makes it a reality in your life. We have an enemy and he is a deceiver and if he can deceive you by lying symptoms that feel or look like what you had and you accept it then it is yours. What do we do to get healed and keep it? Well, first of all knowledge of what the Bible says about your healing or what you are believing God for will save your life. God says, My ( now get that, He said My ) people are killed, destroyed or die for a lack of knowledge. Another place God says ,My people are destroyed or die because they have rejected knowledge. Not knowing how to stand and how to resist and also what to say. These three things if you don't know them you can die hoping to be healed. Hope does not get anything from God. Hope is always future, Faith is always now. You will not receive anything from God by saying He is going to do something. He is going to heal me. Not and No .That is not it. Here is faith talking. I believe I receive, It is mine now. You are not waiting for it, you receive it by faith now. Faith is all the evidence you need to know it is yours Heb.11:1 . If you believe you receive it when you pray you will have it. Jesus said you would. You must believe you recevie it before you see it then you will have it. Say that! I belive I receive. Now isn't that easy? That is in Mark 11:24..
God wants you to know that your prayers avail much. You can pray as good as anybody. You don't have to make someone else your god by always depending on them to pray for you. God wants His kids to have faith in what He has done and trust Him not some man or woman. We are to grow up and learn to depend on Him. Learn what He says about your prayers. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man or woman avails much. Well you are totally righteous, because Jesus has made you righteous with His righteousness 2 Cor.5:21. Get to praying and believing that your prayers avail much.
I am not sure how many times God says in His Bible to ask ,maybe ten times. Now we know anytime God repeats Himself more than three times He means for us to do it. I'm not going to say it is a sin for you to not ask God for what you want or desire but it does sound like disobedience. Sure is foolish not to ask . So if you haven't been asking Him for things. Repent and get after it. Prayer, asking God for things gets Him involved in your life and He receives much glory when you walk in all the blessings that He has went to so much expense to provide them for you. Don't forget it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Luke 12:32 Also in Psalms 35:27 The Lord be magnified which has pleasure in the prosperity of His servants. WOW!! You have got to get this one. In the Old Testament the people could only be servants and God had pleasure in His servants prosperity. How much more does God have pleasure in His children's prosperity in the New Testament since it says we are no longer servants but sons and daugthers. Galatians 4:1 through 7. You should read that. When I found out about God having pleasure in my prosperity. I said , Father, You can come over to my house and have all the fun you want.
Okay , in closing. I am not sure why people don't pray for things. It could be because it takes effort to walk in faith. It could be they just don't believe God will do what they ask. It could be that they have asked so many times not in faith and didn't receive that they just don't trust God or their prayers to do anything or maybe just discouraged. I just don't know there are probably a lot more reasons. Like this one, the minister says don't spend your time praying for things but to fellowship with God. Well, we don't want to do the one and leave the other one undone but do both. Of course the prayer of faith only takes about a minute or at the most two to pray the prayer of faith. It may take you two weeks to prepare to pray the prayer of faith. Now fellowshipping with our Father you can spend hours and hours fellowshipping with Him in your language and in tongues and when you leave that place of worship you leave strengthened and built up in the spirit to face life. When you speak in tongues to the Father you are edifying yourself so you can go out and edify someone else. We need to spend lot's of time singing, talking, praying, fellowshipping with God in tongues. It will revolutionizes your life to a walk in the spirit. You can speak in tongues any time. On the job at home, walking, in bed, mowing the yard any time and it is effective. Wow got side tracked. I love to teach on fellowshiping with the Lord in the spirit. That's it for now.
